Ingredients:

  1              Pound  boneless beef sirloing or top round steak -- 3/4 "

  1         Tablespoon  vegetable oil
  1                Can  Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup -- (103/4oz)
  3        Tablespoons  soy sauce
  1         Tablespoon  vinegar
  1           Teaspoon  garlic powder
     1/4      Teaspoon  crushed red pepper...opt...
  3               Cups  fresh or thawed * frozen broccoli
                        flowerets
  4               Cups  hot cooked rice
 

Preparation:

Slice beef into very thin strips. In skittle over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Add beef and sirfry to a boil. Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Heat to a boil. Add broccoli and cook over medium heat until tendercrips, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. * To thaw, microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
