Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Dice the stewing beef and place in a
large casserole dish with the carrots, celery and swede. Mix well and
stir in the shredded cabbage. Pour the veg stock over and season. Cover
the casserole dish and bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hrs or until the meat
is tender. |
