Ingredients:

   3      pounds        ground beef
   1      large         green bell pepper -- finely chopped
   3      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      cup           water
   1      tablespoon    plus
   1      teaspoon      beef-flavor bouillon granules
   2      medium        onions -- finely chopped
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine beef, green pepper, and garlic in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain well. Remove meat from skillet. Add water and bouillon granules to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve granules. Add onion; cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Stir onion mixture and pepper into beef mixture. TO STORE: Freeze in labeled airtight containers up to 2 months.
