Ingredients:

   1      packet        taco seasoning mix
  12                    taco shells
   1      thick         'n chunky salsa or taco sauce
                        sour cream
                        sliced pitted ripe olives or chopped red
                        -- or green bell
                        -- pepper

Preparation:

MIX ground beef and seasoning mix. Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls; place on 15x10x1-inch baking pan. BAKE at 350oF for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. FREEZE in containers or freezer bags. To serve, thaw and warm in microwave. Fill each taco shell with 1 meatball, salsa and other desired ingredients. Top with 2 meatballs dipped in sour cream. Garnish with olives or bell peppers to make "eyeballs" Prep Time:20 mins. Ready In:40 mins.
