Ingredients:

   1      pound         ground beef
   2      medium        onion -- chopped (about 1
                        -- cup)
   1      cup           chopped green peppers
   1      cup           uncooked macaroni
   1      can           tomatoes -- (1 pound 12 oz)
   1      can           tomato sauce -- 8oz
   2      teaspoons     chili powder
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/8  teaspoon      cayenne pepper
     1/8  teaspoon      paprika
   1      can           kidney beans -- 15 1/2oz drained
 

Preparation:

In large skillet, cook and stir beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 20 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is done. ****My notes- I cooked as directed except I cooked the macaroni al dente. Then froze. To reheat, thaw and place in casserole. I added cheese on top near end of reheating. (Love that cheese) Family rated this one a nine. (we rate all recipes and only keep the 8-10s)
