Preparation:
Make fresh bread crumbs.
Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.
Dip thawed, dried cutlets into unbleached flour, then into Baking Blend, then into crumbs and then lay onto cooking sheet.
Bake coated cutlets at 400 degrees turning once to be sure both sides are nicely browned.
Serve with warmed Marinara sauce or other desired sauce.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices and chopped herbs. |
