Ingredients:

   2                    frozen pie crusts
   1 1/2  cups          frozen mixed vegetables
   1      cup           cubed potatoes
   2      cups          cubed beef -- round steak works

   1      package       pioneer brown gravy mix
     1/4                onion -- diced

Preparation:

Spray skillet with non-stick spray, cook beef and onions till beef is tender and done. Rinse and drain mixed vegetables on paper towel. Cook potatoes just until fork can pierce them (they will finish cooking in oven). Do not over cook or they will be mush. Mix gravy as directed on package. Mix beef, gravy, vegetables, potatoes. Pour into one of the pie shells. Use 2nd pie shell for top crust. Crimp edges and bake in 350~ oven on cookie sheet until crust is brown. To prevent edged from over cooking, place strip of foil around edge of pie after the edge has browned. Let cool and place in gallon freezer bag.
