Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mixed herbs -- (such as thyme,

4 thick filet mignon steaks -- (about 6-ounces

Preparation:
Mix butter, mustard and herbs in small bowl to blend. Form butter mixture into log. Wrap in plastic and place in freezer.
Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
Sprinkle steaks with salt and a generous amount of pepper. Grill or broil to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Transfer steaks to plate. Unwrap butter and slice into rounds. Top each steak with a round of herb butter and serve.
