Preparation:
Sprinkle chops with 1/2 tsp salt and a dash of pepper. Brown in 1 tbsp salad oil. Place chopped onion an a 9 inch pie plate; dot with 1 tbsp butter. Place chops on onion; pour wine over. Combine the crumbs, cheese and melted butter; sprinkle atop. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
