Preparation:
Thoroughly brown meat on all sides in hot fat in pressure cooker...can
use veggie oil...; add all ingredients, except vegetables. Cook at 10
lb. for 30 minutes. Open cooker, add vegetables; continue cooking 10
minutes at 10 lb. Remove meat and vegetables, thicken liquid. 6
servings.
Dumplings for stew. For light, plump dumplings, follow recipe on
Bisquick package.
NOTE: In deep well or kettle, increase water to 4 cups. Cook meat 2
hours, add vegetables and continue cooking 30 minutes.
