2 pie crusts
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)
1 pint peppers in sauce
1 small jar mushrooms
1 small onion
Preparation:
Brown meat and onion. Add all other ingredients to meat. Cook until most of broth is absorbed. Divide mixture in 2 pie shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on each pie. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Delicious with green beans and a salad.
