Ingredients:

   2      large         potatoes -- sliced
   2      medium        carrots -- sliced, up to 3
   1      16 ounce can  peas -- well drained
   3      medium        onions -- sliced
   1 1/2  pounds        lean ground beef -- browned
   2      stalks        celery -- sliced
   1      10 ounce can  tomato soup
   1      10 ounce can  water
 

Preparation:

Place layers of vegetables in the order given in CROCK-POT. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into CROCK-POT. Cover and set on Low 6 to 8 hours. (High: 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally).
