Ingredients:

  1                Lb.  ground beef
     1/2           Cup  chopped onion
  1        Small Clove  garlic
  1                Can  tomato sauce -- (8 ounce)
  2              Tbsp.  parsley
     1/2          Tsp.  oregano
  8             Ounces  spaghetti cooked and drained
  2               Cups  cottage cheese
  8             Ounces  mozzarella cheese -- sliced
     1/2           Cup  grated Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, onion, garlic and drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, oregano. In a 8X12-inch shallow pan, layer spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and finally top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
