4 1/2" to 3/4"          Thick Butterfly Pork Chops
                        Season-All
                        Salad or Italian Herbs
                        Cracked Pepper
1          Small Can    Frozen Orange Juice Reconstituted
 

Preparation:

Season Chops, sear both sides well in Hot skillet which was sprayed with Pam. Pour Juice over chops, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer, turning chops frequently until juice becomes syrupy. Serve with Syrup over chops.
