Ingredients:

  1 1/2         pounds  ground round or ground sirloin -- (1 1/2 to 2)
  1 1/2      teaspoons  nature's seasoning -- (morton's)
  1            package  lipton's onion soup -- dry
  1                     egg
     2/3           cup  catsup
     1/2           cup  bread crumbs
  2          teaspoons  worchestershire sauce
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble ground meat with a fork. Add dry ingredients and mix through. Add wet ingredients and mix well, use hand if necessary. Put on baking pan and form into loaf. Bake one hour or until meat is no longer pink.
