1 pound hamburger
1 cup chopped onions
1 can rotel
1 can whole corn
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 pound velveeta
Preparation:
Brown hamburger and onions. Add rotel, and canned vegetable (do not drain any of them); stir. Bring to a boil; add Velveeta and simmer until melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Freezes well. Nancy make this and it is great!
