Cake:
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
2 tsp. Soda
2 eggs beaten
1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple
Icing:
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 stick margarine
3/4 Cup Pet Milk
1 Can Angel Flake Coconut
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
Preparation:
Cake:Mix well, cook in 9 x 13 pan at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 Minutes
Icing:Mix 1st 3 ingredients, cook for 1 1/2 minutes, let cool. Add coconut and pecans. When cake is cooled, pour on icing.
