Preparation:
In food processor combine onion, garlic, Jalapeno peppers, allspice, ginger, oil, nutmeg and salt. Puree. Put mixture into bowl and lay the short ribs down , dice cut the 2 1/2 in short rib cubes as follows. Cut halfway to bone every 1/2 inch deep. Combine ribs with marinade, cover and marinate 4-5 hour in refrigerator.
Preheat grill 5 minutes. place short ribs on grill bone side down. Cook 4-5 minutes, turning three times during cooking time. May take longer than the 4-5 minutes, Brown on all sides. |
