Preparation:
Place veal chops in a glass dish just large enough to hold chops. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, ginger and lime peel; brush mixture liberally over both sides of chops. Cover and marinade in refrigerator 30 minutes. Prepare grill. Remove chops from marinade. Place over medium ash covered coals. Grill uncovered 12 to 14 minutes turning occasionally. |
