Crock Pot Beef Hash

Ingredients:

   2      cups          cut up cooked beef -- (or 3 c)
   2      10 oz pkgs    frozen hash brown potatoes -- thawed
   1                    onion -- finely chopped
     1/4  cup           butter or margarine -- melted
   1      cup           gravy or beef broth
                        salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
