1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Medium onion chopped
Preparation:
Dredge roast in flour, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Brown all sides
in large skillet in hot olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in
crockpot. Add roast, turning to coat with liguids. Cover and cook on
low for 810 hours.
