Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients:

  10            ounces  lasagna noodles broken into bite size pieces
  1              pound  ground beef
     1/2         pound  italian sausage
  1             medium  onion chopped
  1              clove  garlic minced
  12            ounces  mozzarella shredded
  12            ounces  cottage cheese
  12            Ounces  tomato paste
     1/2           cup  water
  1           teaspoon  basil
  1 1/2      teaspoons  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  pepper
  1 1/2     Tablespoon  dried parsley
 

Preparation:

Cook noodles till just tender; drain. Brown ground beef and sausage, drain. Place in a lightly greased crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (high 3 to 5 hours).
