Fruit Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients:

   1      4 pound       pork loin roast
   1      tablespoon    all-purpose flour
   1      teaspoon      salt, -- or to taste
   1      teaspoon      dry mustard
     1/4  teaspoon      black pepper
   2      cups          pears, -- mashed
     1/4  cup           packed brown sugar
     1/4  teaspoon      ground cinnamon
     1/4  teaspoon      ground cloves
 

Preparation:

Trim excess fat from meat. Combine flour with salt, mustard and pepper. Rub mixture into all sides of the roast. Place meat on a rack in a crockpot. Combine pears with brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Spread over top of pork. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
