Ingredients:

   2      pounds        round steak
   2      tablespoons   flour
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
   2      tablespoons   salad oil
   1                    16oz tomatoes -- cut up
   1      large         onion -- sliced
   1      stalk         celery -- thinly sliced
   1      tablespoon    thick bottled steak sauce
 

Preparation:

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Pour off excess fat. Put all in crockpot. Cover, cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Thicken juices with additional flour dissolved in water (small amount). Makes 5 to 6 servings.
