Smoked Sausage And Beans

Ingredients:

   1                    5 oz.can red kidney beans
   1      15 oz can     black beans -- rinsed and drained
   1      15 oz can     great northern -- drained
   1      15 oz. can    butter beans -- drained
   1      pound         fully cooked smoked turkey sausage -- halved, cut slices
   1 1/2  cups          catsup
   1      medium        green sweet pepper -- chopped
     1/2                cuo chopped onion
     1/4  cup           packed brown sugar
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      worcestershire sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      dry mustard
     1/2  teaspoon      bottled hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation:

1. In 4- or 5-quart crocker cooker cimbine undrained kidney beans, drained black beans, drained great norther beans, butter beans, sausage, catsup, green sweet pepper, onion, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Stir all ingredients together. 2 Cover; cook on LOW-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Makes 8 servings.
