Ingredients:

     3/4  teaspoon      Orange Rind -- grated
     1/4  cup           Sugar
   1      tablespoon    Salt
   3      cups          Bread Flour
   2 1/2  teaspoons     Yeast
     3/4  cup           Semisweet Chocolate -- chopped
   4      ounces        Dried Cherries
     1/4  cup           Orange Juice

Preparation:

Soak dried cherries in orange juice for 6 hours or overnight. Place all the ingredients except cherry mixture and chocolate in the machine in order as directed by manufacturer. Program for basic white bread and press start. After 33 minutes or when "beep" sounds, add the cherries with any remaining liquid and the chocolate.
