Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    yeast
   1      tablespoon    instant coffee
     1/4  cup           unsweetened cocoa
   3      cups          flour
     1/3  cup           sugar
     1/2  cup           ricotta cheese
   4      tablespoons   butter
   2                    extra large eggs
     1/3  cup           milk -- heated and cooled
     1/4  cup           nutella
     1/2  cup           chocolate chips

Preparation:

Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips in the machine. Program for white bread dough. Add chips at the beep. Remove and roll in two logs. Rise till double. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice and bake 5 minutes on each side. Best if dipped in melted chocolate mixed with melted margarine.
