Cranberry Apple Bread

Ingredients:

  1 1/2           cups  all-purpose flour
  1 1/2      teaspoons  baking powder
  1           teaspoon  ground cinnamon
     1/2      teaspoon  baking soda
  2               cups  peeled -- chopped washington
                        -- state golden
                        delicious apples
     3/4           cup  sugar
  2        tablespoons  fleischmann's original spread -- (70% corn
                        oil) -- melted
     1/4           cup  egg beaters healthy real egg substitute
  1                cup  ocean spray fresh cranberries
     1/2           cup  planters walnuts -- chopped, optional
 

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside Mix apples, sugar and spread in bowl. Stir in egg beaters. Add flour mixture, stir just until moistened. Batter will be thick. Stir in cranberries and walnuts if desired. Spread batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
