     1/2  cup           ricotta
     1/2  cup           grated cheese

Preparation:

Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
