Preparation:
combine water, yeast, and sugar let stand for 5 minutes combine with salt and flour in a mixer bowl process until mixture cleans the bowl process to knead for an additional 5 minutes grease a large bowl or bucket with butter place dough in bowl, turn to coat cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes punch down and divide into 7 equal portions shape into loaves allow to rise for 30 minutes bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes mist lightly with water bake @ 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes cool on a wire rack serve hot, warm, or at room temperature |
