Preparation:
In a small saucepan bring rosemary and oil to a simmer and set
aside
to cool.
Preheat the oven to 450°ree;F. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick. Use
fingers to dimple top and brush with rosemary oil. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Bake on a baking sheet for 4 minutes, or until
golden. Cut into wedges and serve with roasted garlic, roasted
pepper strips, cheese, and olives. |
