Preparation:
Combine potatoes, butter and boiling water in large mixer bowl, add rest of
ingredients except flour. Blend in 1 1/2 cup flour. Stir in remaining flour
by hand. Knead dough about five times on floured board. Pat out about 1/2
inch thick and cut with donut cutter. Fry in
deep fat 400* about 30 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Frost or
roll in cinnamon sugar. makes 2 dozen |
