1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups gold medal better for bread flour
gold medal whole wheat flour- 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup cooked wild rice or brown rice
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons fleischmann's bread machine yeast
2/3 cup chopped -- unpeeled apple |

Preparation:
Measure all ingredients carefully and place into bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Add apple at the "add-in's" signal or 5 to 10 min. before the last kneading cycle ends.
