Preparation:
1. Place chocolate in a large mixing bowl. Bring sugar, water and cacao powder to a boil, then pour over chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
2. Add port wine and set aside to cool at room temperature.
3. After mixture is cool, pour into ice cream machine and run the machine until sorbet has a creamy consistency.
4. Remove sorbet from machine and place in the freezer. Freeze for about 10 hours. |
