Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 cup a relatively sweet white wine *
1/2 cup fine granulated sugar -- (or to taste)
Preparation:
* (such as a gewürtztraminer or other moesel like wine)
Combine, heat slightly to dissolve sugar, longer to evaporate alcohol if desired. Cool down to room temperature. Put in an ice cream maker and follow instructions.
