2 ripe bananas -- in small pieces
1 cup mango juice
1 finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper -- seeded or not as
desired
1/2 cup fine granulated sugar or to taste
few leaves of fresh mint for garnish |

Preparation:
Combine, heat slightly to dissolve sugar, puree with hand blender. Cool down to room temperature. Put in an ice cream maker and follow instructions. Garnish with some fresh mint. |
