Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare 12 - 2 1/2" muffin cups with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, cherries, milk, oil, and egg. Mix until moistened. Spoon into prepared cups. Bake for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
