Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  cucumber -- pared, seeded and
                        diced
     1/2           cup  diced celery
     1/2           cup  diced green bell pepper
     1/4           cup  scallions -- sliced
  2        tablespoons  olive oil
  1           teaspoon  Worcestershire sauce
  1           teaspoon  chopped fresh parsley
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  1                     garlic clove -- minced
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Stir just before serving.
