Ingredients:

     2/3           Cup  mashed ripe California Avocados
     1/4      Teaspoon  sesame oil
  2               Cups  finely shredded carrots -- divided
  2        Tablespoons  seasoned rice vinegar
     1/2           Cup  pickled ginger -- shredded, divided
  12                Oz  thinly sliced smoked turkey -- divided
     1/4           Cup  minced green onion
  6                     lavosh (ready to roll) -- 10 1/2-inch by 9 inch rectangles
  1           Teaspoon  wasabe
  1 1/2      Teaspoons  garlic salt
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl combine avocado, seasoned rice vinegar, green onion, wasabe, garlic salt and sesame oil. Divide mixture into 6 portions. To prepare one lavosh; spread portion of avocado on lavosh to within one-inch of long side. Top with 1/6th of each of the following ingredients; shredded carrot, pickled ginger, cucumbers and turkey. Note: arrange ingredients over 2/3 of the bread and refrigerate several hours. Repeat process preparing all 6 lavosh. To serve, cut each roll in half.
