Preparation:
1. Cook carrots, covered, in 1 cm boiling water 8 minutes; drain.
2. Turn carrots into a 1 l baking dish. Stir in raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
3. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 190 øC oven 35 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with almonds.
