Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spinach according to package
directions; drain thoroughly, squeezing out excess liquid. In skillet,
saute musrooms in butter until softened, about 5 minutes. In large
bowl, whisk together salad dressing and cheese; stir in spinach,
mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into lightly buttered
2-quart casserole. Cover and back until heated though...20-30 minutes. |
