Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, except ham, in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chutney begins to thicken (1 to 1 1/2 hours). Place ham steak on grill over medium coals and grill until edges are lightly browned (3 to 4 minutes). Turn ham steak over and spread with 1/4 cup chutney. Continue grilling until heated through (3 to 4 minutes). Cut ham into serving pieces and serve with additional warm chutney. Makes 6 servings. |
