Preparation:
1. In nonstick skillet heat 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat until hot.
2. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring often, 5 miutes or until onion is tender. Transfer mixture to large bowl; set skillet aside.
3. Add ground turkey, egg, bread, chutney, milk, salt and sage to onion mixture and mix well. With wet hands, shape mixture into four 1 inch thick round patties.
4. In same skillet, heat remaining 2 tsp olive oil oven medium heat until hotl. Add patties and cook about 12 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides and cook through. |
