Preparation:
*Before draining pasta, reserve 1 cup cooking liquid for recipe.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute' onion and bell pepper 1 minute. Add broccoli; saute' 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; add pasta liquid. Simmer vegetables 2 minutes . Add hot linguine to vegetable mixture; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. Makes 4 serv |
