1/4 cup whole blanched almonds
1/4 cup butter -- margarine or salad
-- oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound zucchini -- sliced diagonally
Preparation:
Roast almonds in butter in skillet over medium heat until golden stirring now and then; add salt, onion powder, pepper and zucchini. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until zucchini is cooked, about 5 minutes.
