Preparation:
Drain juice from dill pickles
Mix milk and egg in bowl. whisk
Dip pickles in milk and egg mix
Pour fish fry mix into 1 gallon zip-lok bag
Place pickles in zip-lok bag and shake
Pour canola oil in deep fryer and heat to 280 degrees
Drop pickle slices into oil and remove when floating and golden brown. Drain grease on paper towel.
Serves while hot. |
