Ingredients:

                        nonstick cooking spray
   3 1/2  cups          old-fashioned rolled oats
     1/2  cup           wheat germ
     1/2  cup           shredded unsweetened coconut
     1/4  cup           sesame seeds
     1/4  cup           sliced almonds
     1/4  cup           sunflower seeds
     1/4  cup           honey
     1/4  cup           canola oil
   1      tablespoon    vanilla
     1/2  cup           raisins
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with edges with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all dry ingredients except raisins in a large mixing bowl. Combine honey, oil, and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour over dry mixture and stir well. Spread evenly on both baking sheets. Bake until mixture is brown, about 35 to 45 minutes, stirring once after 20 minutes. Remove granola from pans. Let cool slightly. Add raisins and place granola into airtight container. 16 servings/Serving size: 1/3 cup
