Preparation:
Drain syrup from peaches and place in saucepan. Add water to make 1 cup of liquid if necessary. Heat liquid to boiling and dissolve jello in liquid. Blend in 1/8 cup water and 1/8 cup juice. Set aside to cool. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Turn mixture into a ring type mold and refrigerate until set. |
