3/4 ounces gin 1/4 ounces dry vermouth
Stir ingredients together with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, or serve over ice. Garnish with a cocktail onion. VARIATION: To make a Vodka Gibson, simply use vodka in place of the gin.
