Congealed Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  1       envelope      Plain Gelatin
   1/2    tsp           Salt
   1/2    tsp           Celery Salt
  1       can           flaked Tuna
  1       Cup           diced Apple
  1       Cup           chopped Celery
  1       Cup           chopped Nuts
  1       Cup           Boiling Water
  2       Tbsp.         Mayonaisse
 

Preparation:

Soak gelatin in small amount water for 5 minutes then add 1 cup boiling water to which 1/4 tsp salt has been added. Mix together other ingredients and when gelatin is cool, add to the salad mixture. Pour into mold and place in refrigerator to congeal.
